Refund & Return Policy – MRPCShop
At MRPCShop, we sell digital products such as game keys, gift cards, subscriptions,
and downloadable software. Since all products are delivered electronically, our refund and return policy follows
digital product guidelines and Google Merchant Center requirements.
1. Digital Product Delivery
All orders are delivered instantly through email and/or your MRPCShop account after successful payment.
As this is a digital delivery service, no physical shipping is involved.
2. Order Cancellation
You may request a cancellation only if the product key/code has not been delivered or revealed.
Once a digital key, code, or account details have been displayed or sent, the order is considered delivered
and cannot be cancelled.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- The digital key/code was not delivered due to a system issue.
- The key/code is invalid or does not work (after verification).
- The product delivered does not match the product purchased.
- The order was cancelled before delivery.
If your product is faulty, you must contact us and provide proof (such as screenshots of the activation error)
so we can verify the issue.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- The digital product has already been delivered, revealed, or redeemed.
- The customer purchased the wrong product or region by mistake.
- The customer does not like the game/product after receiving it.
- The issue is caused by incompatible hardware/software or user error.
5. Replacement Guarantee (Warranty)
If you receive a key that is proven to be invalid or unusable, we will provide either:
- A replacement key/code, or
- A full refund (if replacement is not available)
This warranty applies only to the digital code itself and does not cover issues related to third-party platforms
(Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, etc.) beyond code activation.
6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed as quickly as possible. Depending on your payment provider or bank,
refunds may take 3 to 10 business days to appear in your account.
7. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
MRPCShop reserves the right to suspend or cancel orders that appear suspicious or fraudulent.
In such cases, a full refund may be issued after verification.
