Train Sim World 2020 is a continuation of the advanced railway simulator released in 2017. Like its predecessor, the production was developed by Dovetail Games studio, which was recognized around the world thanks to the Train Simulator series.

Observing the action from the first person perspective (FPP), in Train Sim World 2020 we sit at the controls of a selected locomotive and lead it through routes located in Germany, Great Britain and the United States, while executing various orders.

The game features three lines unavailable in the earlier part of the series, i.e. Main-Spessart Bahn, Northern Trans-Pennine and Long Island Rail Road. Another novelty is the Journey mode, in which we perform numerous tasks and scenarios during the 24-hour period; The summaries displayed after their completion tell us about how we dealt with the latter. In addition, we will find here the so-called Action Points, i.e. points awarded for punctuality, while new players should appreciate the presence of extensive tutorials introducing the meanders of the game.
