At MRPCShop, we primarily sell digital products including game keys, gift cards, software licenses, and digital subscriptions.
1. Digital Delivery
Most products available on MRPCShop are delivered digitally. Digital products are sent electronically via email and/or made available through your customer account after successful payment verification.
Delivery is usually completed within minutes, although in some cases additional verification or processing may be required.
No physical item is shipped for digital products unless explicitly stated on the product page.
2. Physical Delivery (Selected Products Only)
Certain products may be eligible for physical shipping. If physical delivery is available, it will be clearly indicated on the product page before purchase.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Digital Products:
Usually delivered within minutes after payment confirmation.
Physical Products, where applicable:
United Arab Emirates (UAE): 2–3 business days.
International: 7–10 business days.
4. Shipping Charges
Digital Products:
No shipping charges apply.
Physical Products:
Shipping costs, if applicable, are displayed during checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Tracking information is provided for physical shipments when available.
Digital orders can be accessed through the delivery email and/or customer account.
6. Incorrect Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate email addresses and account information for digital delivery, and accurate shipping addresses for physical shipments.
MRPCShop is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information.
