What “Delivered Duty Paid” Means
Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) is an international shipping term meaning the seller — MRPCSHOP — takes full responsibility for all costs of getting your physical order to your door. This includes the product cost, shipping fees, and any customs duties or import taxes charged by your country. You don’t need to calculate, estimate, or pay anything separately. This policy applies to physical products only; digital game keys and subscription codes are delivered electronically and are not subject to customs or import charges.
No Extra Charges on Delivery
Because all applicable duties and shipping fees are prepaid by MRPCSHOP, you will never be asked to pay any additional customs duty, import tax, brokerage fee, or shipping charge to the carrier or customs authorities when your physical order arrives. If a carrier ever attempts to collect an extra fee on a MRPCSHOP order, please contact us immediately and we will resolve it.
