refund policy
You may request a refund for purchases made on MRPCShop for any reason. Refund requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.
Important: A refund is only valid if the digital key or code has not been viewed, revealed, accessed, or redeemed.
1. general refund eligibility
- Refund request must be made within fourteen (14) days of purchase.
- The digital key must remain unused and unredeemed.
- The key must not have been revealed in your account dashboard.
Once a key has been revealed or redeemed, it is considered used and becomes non-refundable due to the nature of digital goods.
2. refunds on mystery key products
Mystery Key purchases are refundable within fourteen (14) days only if the key has not been revealed or used.
To prevent abuse, we reserve the right to limit repeated refund requests for Mystery Key purchases.
3. refunds on promotional or discounted products
Hot deals, discounted products, and promotional items are refundable within fourteen (14) days if the key remains unused and unrevealed.
4. refunds on cryptocurrency payments
If you paid using cryptocurrency, refunds will be issued based on the product value in EURO (or store base currency) at the time of purchase. The exact cryptocurrency amount sent will not be refunded due to market fluctuations.
5. bundle purchases
Bundle purchases are refundable within fourteen (14) days only if none of the keys included in the bundle have been revealed or redeemed.
6. purchases made outside of mrpcshop
We cannot provide refunds for products purchased from third parties or any platform outside of MRPCShop.
7. abuse of refund policy
Refunds are provided to ensure customer confidence. If we detect misuse, abuse, or excessive refund activity, we reserve the right to refuse future refund requests or suspend your account.

Please include your order number and registered email address. Approved refunds will be processed within forty-eight (48) hours to the same payment method used at checkout or your MRPCShop Wallet.
