Digital Delivery
Digital game keys, subscription codes, and top-up codes are delivered instantly to the email address or account provided at checkout, once payment is confirmed.
During busy seasons, sales events, or for high-demand products, digital delivery may occasionally take slightly longer while we verify your order.
Order Processing (Physical Orders)
We process physical orders Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Dubai time / GST) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on a Sunday or public holiday, are processed on the next business day.
During busy seasons, holidays, sales events, or for high-demand products, processing may take a little longer.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all physical orders within the United Arab Emirates. No minimum order value is required.
Digital products carry no shipping cost, as they are delivered electronically at no extra charge.
Shipping Time
- Digital delivery: instant, upon payment confirmation
- Handling time (physical orders): 0 to 1 business day
- Delivery time (within UAE): 1 to 2 business days after your order ships
Orders placed after 2:00 PM Dubai time, on a Sunday, or on a public holiday will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Carriers
For physical orders, we work with trusted shipping partners including DHL and Aramex to deliver your order safely and on time.
Order Tracking
Digital orders do not require tracking, as codes are delivered directly to your email or account. For physical orders, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become available.
If you don’t receive your order confirmation or tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting our support team.
Delivery Information
Delivery of physical orders may occasionally take longer due to weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, remote locations, or other situations outside our control. MRPCSHOP is not responsible for shipping delays after your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Order Information
Please make sure your email address (for digital orders) and shipping address (for physical orders) are complete and accurate before placing your order. MRPCSHOP is not responsible for delays, undelivered codes, lost packages, or returned shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Returned Packages
If a physical package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refused delivery, or an unclaimed package, additional shipping charges may apply to send the order again.
