1. Digital Delivery
- All orders for digital products, including game keys and codes, are delivered instantly to your MRPCShop account after purchase.
- You will receive an email confirmation with instructions on how to access your digital key immediately.
- Digital keys are non-physical and do not require shipping; they are available for download or redemption through your account dashboard.
2. Physical Copy Delivery (Optional)
- If you request a hard copy of your purchased key, we can ship it to your address for free.
- Delivery times for physical copies:
- Within the UAE: 1–3 business days
- Worldwide: 7–10 business days
- You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.
- Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate to avoid delays or non-delivery.
3. Processing Time
- Digital keys are delivered instantly upon successful payment.
- Physical copies are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
4. Lost or Damaged Physical Copies
- If a physical copy is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our support team at support@mrpcshop.com for assistance.
- We may require proof of damage or non-delivery before reshipping the item.
5. No Shipping for Digital-Only Products
- Some products are digital-only and will not have a physical copy option. These products will always be delivered digitally.
