2. card payments
All card payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.
We do not store, process, or retain your full card details on our servers.
By placing an order, you authorize MRPCShop to charge the total order amount, including applicable taxes and fees.
3. cryptocurrency payments
If you choose to pay using cryptocurrency, the payable amount will be calculated based on the current conversion rate in Euro at the time of payment.
Refunds for cryptocurrency payments are issued in Euro, not in cryptocurrency, based on the value of your purchase at the time of refund.
4. payment confirmation
Once payment is successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
Orders are processed only after payment confirmation is received.
5. failed or declined payments
If a card payment fails or is declined, your order will not be processed. You may retry using a different payment method.
We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or card provider authorization issues.
6. pricing and currency
All prices displayed on the website are in UAE Dirhams (AED).
Prices include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
Any additional charges, if applicable, are clearly shown at checkout before payment.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refund timelines depend on the payment method and issuing bank.
