The Coma 2: Vicious Sisters is an action adventure game in the convention of survival horror. We play the role of a young girl who wakes up at night in an abandoned school and realizes that she is being hunted by a murderer who resembles her teacher.

Story
In The Coma 2: Vicious Sisters, we play the role of Mina Park – a Sehwa High student who wakes up at her school one night, not sure why she is there. The girl quickly realizes that something is wrong, and a dangerous psychopath, strangely similar to her teacher, is lurking in her life.

Gameplay
We observe the action in The Coma 2: Vicious Sisters from the side, from the so-called side-scroll perspective . The fun is mainly about exploring available locations (we move around the school and the nearby Sehwa district), talking to characters, solving puzzles and discovering the plot. Hiding is of great importance during the game – death comes easily, so the heroine cannot reveal her position. Mina also faces challenges that can result in permanent damage. To survive, he must use his wits as well as items. The game has a crafting system that allows you to create the things you need from the parts you find, so you can prepare for various situations. New tools can also allow us to get to places that were previously inaccessible; in this respect, the game is somewhat reminiscent of the metroidvania subspecies .
