Subscription Terms

🔄 Renewal Terms

This is a fixed-term subscription. Your 12 months of Lightbolt VPN access begins the day you activate your key in the app and ends automatically 12 months later. It does not auto-renew, and you will not be charged again when it ends. To keep using Lightbolt VPN afterward, simply purchase a new subscription and activate a new key.

✋ Cancellation Policy

This is a one-time purchase with no recurring billing, so there is no ongoing subscription to cancel once your key has been activated.

• If your card or key has not yet been activated, you may request a cancellation and refund by contacting support, subject to our standard returns window.
• Once a key has been activated, the subscription runs for the remainder of its 12-month term and cannot be refunded for unused time.
• To stop using the service before your term ends, simply disconnect or remove the Lightbolt VPN app — no further action or notice to us is required.

📩 Auto-Renewal Notifications

This product does not auto-renew, so no renewal charge or automatic price change will ever be applied to it. If Lightbolt VPN introduces an auto-renewing plan in the future, it will be offered as a separate, clearly labeled product, and we will always notify you by email in advance of any renewal, stating the upcoming charge, price, and subscription period.
